We offer worldwide shipping, simply enter your full address at checkout to see the shipping option(s) and quote(s).
Goods need to be inspected on arrival and if any defect(s) are found we need to be notified within 14 days, as we cannot accept any responsibility of any damage claim after 14 days as the courier has a limitation on the days a claim can be made.
We offer a no-questions-asked 14 days return policy. Simply write to us within 14 days upon receiving your item to inform us your intend to cancel. Once the item is received back in an unused condition and in its original packaging, a full refund will be issued. We will be unable to accept a return if the item has been used or not in its original packaging.
If you wish to return an item due to it not being fit for purpose, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality, you can send this back using your preferred courier at your own cost and this will be refunded to you once we receive and inspected the item.
Unless the item is not fit for purpose, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality, we will not be able to refund your return postage under any circumstances.
