A valvetronic exhaust system is a variable valve system that allows the exhaust to be branched into two paths. This means that you have full control of the opening and closing of your exhaust’s valves for a milder or louder exhaust sound. 

Stone Exhaust systems are built to last a lifetime. With proper maintenance, your exhaust should complete a life cycle of no less than 30 years. 

Sustainability of our products is a crucial factor for Stone Exhaust. We use stainless steel as our base material because it is more durable, long-lasting, and strong. 

While many others employ titanium as their exhausts’ base material, titanium is short-lived and repairing it equates to a lengthy and costly process. We hold a differing opinion from the majority and choose premium grade T304 stainless steel as our base material. Stainless steel is more durable, long-lasting, and strong. 

Our Stone Exhaust systems are developed with our #StoneTech innovations and undergo a lengthy process of material selection, 3D scanning and simulation, CNC bending, CNC milling, punch pressing, straight welding, curl seaming, direct spot welding, and power testing to manufacture a Stone Exhaust system with an accuracy error below 0.025mm.

To Set Up:

1. Plug the OBD-2 plug provided into the OBD-2 socket of your vehicle.
2. Plug the RS232 connector into the control box.
3. Connect the control box plug with the signal cable of the actuator.
4. Plug the actuator line into the actuator.
5. Press the ‘R’ button on the control box until the orange light starts flashing.
6. You should hear a short beep, which means your setup is done.

To Use the Remote Control:

1. Press the ‘ON/OFF’ button. (Long beep = valve is opened. Short beep = valve is closed.)
2. Hold down the ‘SETTING’ button until you hear 3 short beeps followed by 2 long beeps. (This means you are entering the setting mode- the valve is closed at this point)
3. Rev up until you reach the RPM you want the valve to be opened.
4. Press the ‘SETTING’ button again.
5. You should hear a short beep, the valve is opened, and your setting is done.
